This is what we call busyness – and it’s bad for both our mental health and our businesses! Busyness leads to stress and burnout because it doesn’t give us time to breathe and relax. Busyness also prevents us from focusing on what matters most: creating value for customers by providing them with the best service possible.

What is the difference between being busy versus running a successful business? A business needs to make money, no matter what industry it’s in; there are many ways to do this (which we’ll explore later), but at its core, every company needs a way of creating value for its customers. This could be done through offering products or services that solve their problems better than anyone else can; something only YOU can offer them if no one else has it yet (i.e., “specialization”); or by selling something cheaper than other companies offer while still making profits!

If you find yourself constantly stressed out or feeling like your life is out of control because of how busy you are then chances are good that this isn’t just “busyness” –it’s actually burnout!
